Note:
PayPal's security
"randomly" validates first time users by
requiring them to complete an Expanded Use
Enrollment Process to authenticate their identity
before a transaction is permitted. A unique 4-digit
number needed to complete the authentication will be
issued to the user. Please resubmit your payment
after completing the enrollment.
Your 4-digit Expanded Use Number will be listed on
your next credit card statement. It is also
available through online access to your statement.
